After 18 years in the in-home service industry, 10 years in the HVAC industry, and 8 years as an owner of an HVAC company nothing has changed. Every owner struggles to find qualified employees who are experienced or entry level. As a HVAC owner of a company that averages 3,000 appointments a year it is always a struggle to find qualified help.

 Here at real world HVAC academy we are focusing on real hands on training. The programs are designed to give our students a jump start into the HVAC career. Not only will our students be able to take the EPA608 certification test during our class, but will also be taught to use some of the newest tools. More importantly they will experience real world installation and service techniques. 

We are working on getting two different courses started to be able to accommodate all students. We will have a 6 weeks weekday class and a 15 weeks weekend class, 

NO high school diploma required, but must be 17 years or older to qualify for enrollment.
